•   Payment 80% Advance against Purchase Order, Balance Against Delivery .
• Delivery: 45-65 working days from the date of PO.( subject to all approvals/receipt of payment).
• Supply & Installation will be provided as per above description items/Qty only . Any other items required as per site condition it will be extra charges.
• Sensor Tube or any other items / fitting required additionally as per site condition it will be extra cost.”
• Client has to provide place and power at the site to undertake the work.
• Site Clearance Client Scope.We are not responsible for the delay from your side.
• All civil works is clients responsibility, Providing of scaffolding, breaking of walls, motor foundations, plastering, digging and filling back, construction of pump rooms etc.
• Wastage are also accounted to clients list.
• All electrical works is client’s responsibility, connection from generator to fire pump near the tank.
• Testing by activating the Extinguisher is not applicable in this system. If required, extra cost applicable for refilling back the Extinguisher and the time duration for refilling should be considered.

• Training within 7-10 working days approximately of the order confirmation.

• The prices mentioned above are for the given quantity only. If any change in product type and quantity,cost is applicable.
• In case of any civil work like providing of scaffolding, breaking of walls, putting holes, plastering, digging and filling back etc is needed, it comes under clients scope.
• Product Supply done after receiving the original PO.
• Warrante: One year warranty will be applicable on any manufacturing defects.
• CERTIFICATION: We will provide a copy of test report no.QMC/GGM/22-23/LS.NO.-174/TR-7409/249 Date: 03/11/2022; for a test carried out earlier on our fire doors at Department Of Industries and Commerce Haryana as per relevant standards. No fresh testing will be carried out by us.
• The door will be supplied as per the Dimensions denoted here.

Installation : 4-6 weeks after delivery and after full site clearance. ( The given Period may vary based on the site clearance).

Payment:   

80% Advance along with the PO, based on bank Guarantee.

20% Immediate Against Delivery.

• Quoted for only above description items/qty and design sheet enclosed with this offer.
• Apart from above BOQ any other item required extra as per site condition, it will be extra cost.
• Site Clearance – client responsibility. We are not responsible for the delay from your side.
• In case of any additional work or any additional equipment to be provided after inspection by the concerned authorities that will be at customer expenses.
• After Completion of work, on site demo can be provided without making fire- Required Relay Testing kit to be provided by Client(client scope).
• Cable Qty may vary w.r.t to Distance from Control room to Transformer area   \
• Warranty: 12 months from the date of Commissioning.
• Transportation charges Included

•  This Contract (Non comprehensive AMC) extends only to the problems arising out of normal functioning of the equipment and does not cover, misuse of the equipment,or its use under environmental conditions or arising out of any circumstances not normal. The agreement specially excludes damages caused due to fire,theft, riots, accidents , damages due liquid ,,failure to purchase material at right time, abuse of system, scratches & damages on external body by any other situations usage of customer and other exceptional circumstances. suggests that the customer cover the machines by an insurance policy for such contingencies.(incase of any circumstances as described above the damaged item will be altered or replaced charged from customer)based on the quotation.
• Payment against Quarterly service.
• Replacement for Alarm Devices will be chargeble as per quotation.
• Shifting of devices from one place to another will chargable other than this contract from the customer.
• Visit- 4 Times Per Year
• This offer is valid till 30 days.
• Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
•  Our Responsibility ceases once goods leave our premises.
• The price quoted subjects to that particulars only if any new FE purchased and installed its extra chargable from the customer.
• The Warranty doesn’t covers when fire extinguisher is operated / seal removed / used on any circumstances.

• Quotation(Price)Valid for 30 days from the quotation date. Pump & Pipe Price valid for 15 days so Kindly confirm the updated price before finalizing.
• Client has to provide place and power at the site to undertake the work.
• Only the materials and their quantities specified in this quote will be supplied.
• All civil works is clients responsibility, Providing of scaffolding, breaking of walls, motor foundations, plastering, digging and filling back, construction of pump rooms etc.
• Wastage are also accounted to clients list.
• Earth work & electrical works is client’s responsibility,Power Supply for Main Control Panel to be provided by client.
• We are not responsible for the delay from your side.
• Water source for the fire hydrant works has to be provided.
• Quoted as per the BOQ received, In case of any additional work or any additional equipment required as per actual site condition it will be extra charges .

• The price quoted subjects to that particulars only if any new FE purchased and installed its extra chargable from the customer.
• The Warranty doesn’t covers when fire extinguisher is operated / seal removed / used on any circumstances.

•  Refilling Process: We will Empty the fire Extinguishers fully and refilling with fresh agents.
• On Refilling the spares of Fire Extinguishers like Valve, Pressure gauge, Hose Etc are extra cost
• HPT Charges Extra if required.
• The Warranty doesn’t cover when the fire Extinguisher is operated / the seal is removed/used under any circumstances.
